Responsibilities: - Management of individual logistics projects such as organisation of studies, feasibility studies, construction and launch of hubs in Uzbekistan and abroad;
- Portfolio management of projects including strategic coordination and optimisation of a group of projects to achieve the overall business objectives of the organisation, taking into account risks, resources and inter-relationships between projects;
- Interaction with contractors, counterparties and the Holding's management;
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the established budget and requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive practical project management skills and abilities, including skills in:
- launching projects effectively, taking into account all necessary attributes (objectives, timelines, resources, stakeholders);
- ensuring regular delivery of deliverables in accordance with the project plan, formatting and filing;
- liaising with steering committees in a quality and timely manner;
- risk management, including the ability to anticipate and minimise potential project problems in advance.
- Knowledge and practical experience of modern project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall models;
- Availability and willingness to present your own stack of project management tools at interview. Willingness to switch to employer's tool stack (Asana + Slack + Google Workspace);
- High communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills;
- English language proficiency at a level that allows for fluent oral communication and professional correspondence.
Education and Experience:Higher education in business, management, logistics or a related field;
At least 5 years of project management experience (field is not relevant).
